In a fast-paced retail environment I translated style guides to design emails for Pottery Barn. I owned creative from concept to production, aligning with ever-changing feedback and competing project schedules.

I aligned all creative with the brief, business objectives, and target audiences. I crafted unique email and site solutions that incorporated messaging, photography, and animation. I ensured a consistent user experience across email and site platforms, keeping larger company goals top of mind and prioritizing seasonal and product launches.

I led the creative for integrated campaigns like the Labor Day Warehouse Sale, designing anywhere from 10-25 emails per sale, email banners, site landing pages and banners and paid social. I kept the team informed of key dates and daily updates.

I worked with the marketing teams on email linking strategies, featuring products that aligned with each email’s story. I presented my work to project managers and internal partners in weekly reviews, providing background and my creative solutions.
